This home in Manhattan Beach, CA (Los Angeles County) was in dyer need of an update.  The original staircase was the product of tract home building.   To update the look we used solid 4/4 Maple full treads with Sheraton style Maple posts & Gothic round iron balusters.  The staircase is now a sleek contemporary piece of furniture to be enjoyed for years to come.

Corona, CA - The before picture of this staircase remodel is very common.  Most tract homes are built with the “bare minimum” when it comes to the staircase.  This project started off as painted iron with an Oak cap to stained Maple rail posts & cap with Satin Black Tuscan balusters.
